con las leyes y regulaciones de los pa\u00edses donde opera. Por ello, a trav\u00e9s de nuestro Programa de Integridad, hemos establecido lineamientos de conducta aplicables a todos los p\u00fablicos con los que interactuamos.<\/p><p>De esta forma, buscamos llevar la cultura de la \u00e9tica m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de nuestras estructuras. Cumplimos cabalmente con la legislaci\u00f3n anticorrupci\u00f3n (Ley 12.846\/2013) y dem\u00e1s decretos y reglamentos federales, estatales y municipales aplicables. Para fortalecer a\u00fan m\u00e1s nuestro Programa de Integridad, adoptamos los requisitos de la NBR\/ISO 37001 (Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n adoptamos los requisitos reglamentarios de la norma NBR\/ISO 37001:2016 \u2013 Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Anticorrupci\u00f3n, que es un est\u00e1ndar internacional dirigido a organizaciones que buscan aceptando y prohibiendo cualquier actividad ilegal y\/o o actos inmorales por parte de nuestro cuerpo consultivo, directivo, colaborador y por parte de cualquier socio comercial, tal como se define en el C\u00f3digo de Conducta de Perkons.<\/p><p>En caso de una desviaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo de Conducta, Perkons alienta a todos a presentar una denuncia a trav\u00e9s del Canal de Denuncias, puesto a disposici\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los medios apropiados (internet, sitio web y tel\u00e9fono) para todas las partes interesadas (clientes, proveedores, empleados, socios comerciales, etc.), siempre
