Perkons is committed to the laws and regulations of the countries where it works<\/strong>. Therefore, through our Integrity Program, we establish conduct guidelines applicable to all the audiences with which we have a relationship.<\/p>

In this way, we seek to take our ethics culture beyond our structures<\/strong>. We fully comply with anti-corruption legislation (Law 12,846\/2013) and other applicable federal, state, and municipal decrees and regulations. Perkons is constantly enhancing its Integrity Program, and to further strengthen our commitment, we have adopted the requirements of ABNT NBR ISO 37001:2025 \u2013 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), an international standard designed for organizations seeking to establish, implement, maintain, and control risks related to bribery.<\/b><\/div>

We demonstrate to our customers, regulatory authorities, and society that our actions are guided by ethical and legal principles and strictly comply with the country’s anti-corruption and anti-bribery legislation (Law No. 12,846\/2013 \u2013 Brazilian Clean Company Act). We do not tolerate and expressly prohibit any unlawful and\/or unethical acts by our advisory board, directors, employees, or business partners, as established in the Perkons Code of Conduct.<\/div>
In the event of any violation of the Code of Conduct, Perkons encourages everyone to report it through the Whistleblowing Channel, made available through appropriate means (internet, website, and telephone) and accessible to all interested parties (customers, suppliers, employees, business partners, etc.), provided that reports are made in good faith and without fear of retaliation.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Anti-Bribery Compliance Function is responsible for and has the authority and independence necessary to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) throughout the organization.<\/div>
It is also responsible for enforcing the Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements across all Perkons subsidiaries.
